About the author
I was born in Decatur Il in 1981. In 1985 I went into foster care which would start a spiral of depression, anxiety, and eventually suicidal thoughts and acts. It wouldn't be until my 30s that I would finally start taking taking the necessary steps with God to get the peace that I craved for so very long.
