Nathan Braund was born in Exeter in 1970 and graduated from Leeds University in 1991. He has spent twelve years teaching in countries like Estonia, Japan and Oman. He co-edited ‘The Mammoth Book of Jack the Ripper’, published by Constable Robinson in 1999 and updated in 2008, and was a short story finalist for the Brit Writers Awards 2011. His novel, ‘The Broken Boots Guide to Astlavonia’ was published in 2012. He lives in Bath with his wife and two young children.
