Overview
Get rid of the stuff dragging you down and start bringing in more light, love, and HAPPINESS! Just for today: do not anger; do not worry; be grateful for your many blessings; do your meditative & self-care work honestly; and be kind to every living thing (including yourself!). Oh so simple! And yet, the inner-work of a lifetime. In this transformative book, Geneva Robins, M.Sc., Reiki Master and Teacher, leads you through practical and meaningful meditations, journalling exercises and Affirmation Ladders that will build your happiness habits and make them part of your daily life. This book was Divinely channeled by Geneva directly from Master Mikao Usui the founder of the Usui Reiki System. It answers the biggest question that Geneva had from her Reiki students, “How do I let go of anger and worry?” This book is a step by step guide to answer that deep question and yearning. In the process, happiness is the natural result.

About the author
Geneva is a Reiki Master, wife, mother, scientist, scholar, and basically a student of Divine Wisdom wherever she can find it. She reads continually on how to improve the spirit-mind-body connection and then discovers that it is all perfect and surrenders it all to the Divine, sits back, and watches miracles happen. She studied ecology as part of her formal academic training, which gave her the much needed stamina and perseverance that she would need to build her second career in helping people connect to their Divine-selves. She sees patterns in the chaos and she sees chaos underlying too much order. She is a student of the Tao Te Ching, the Gnostic Gospels, the Dhammapada, and, of course, Reiki. She completed her Reiki courses in 2007, but she is a per-petual student of Reiki itself. Her curiosity into the nature of reality and how Reiki fits into it all is a lifetime course she happily takes every day. She lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, in between the trees of the Rocky Mountains and the dinosaurs of the Badlands. She loves walking in nature with her husband and son, sipping tea with her friends, and wandering through bookstores and coffee shops. She owns too many books.
