About the author

Robert Ilvento was a member of Rutgers University  class of 1987 and played football under head coach Dick Anderson.

Founder Cluck-University Chicken in 1985. An American Entreprenuer whose current companies include the Silverball Museums in both Asbury Park, New Jersey and Delray Beach, Florida. The Jersey Shore Fry Company. a national foodservice brand of appetizers including pizza shells. Recent startups, the Saturn Pizza chain and the  Razn Rum company.

Lived in Princeton, New Jersey since 1989 until 2017 with wife Jeanne and two beautiful  daughters Morgan and Carly. Plus a dog Murphy and horse Sunny. Now resides in Delray Beach, Florida.
