Overview
Small business owners worry that they don't have the time and skills to make their social media efforts effective. The 12 Labours of Social Media assists small business owners to manage their social media channels and networks in an efficient and time-efficient manner that will appeal to their target markets, drive more fans to their sites and, ultimately, turn more of those fans into customers.
Description
How much time should I spend on social media? Which channels should I use? What should I post? These questions are asked time and time again by small business owners who are worried that the efforts they make on social media will be a complete waste of time. The 12 Labours of Social Media was written to help small business owners to understand the process of social media posting, and to make it efficient and time efficient for them. From getting involved in the first place, through watching, posting, blogging, updating, and monitoring, the book takes the small business owner on a journey of discovery, and assists them to put into place plans that will help them to not only keep their social media under control, but to use it in the best way for their own business.
About the author
Bree lives with her partner, son and dog in beautiful Perth, Western Australia. When she’s not working, Bree can often be found writing plays, and treading the boards at her local community theatre. She has also written several short business books and is currently in the processes of publishing her first full-length business book. Bree’s 20-plus year career has crossed many industries, and taken many turns. However, nearly all of her paths have been within small businesses, and as a result, she has been given a birds-eye view of how small business operates, and how it can operate effectively. This broad base gives Bree the unique perspective of being able to look beyond the industry, and into the workings of the business eco-system – the processes, people and organisations that operate in the world of the business.
