PC Feather has lived and traveled from Maine to California and has had the opportunity to work many jobs. One job which truly gives her life purpose is being a mom to her two children. One morning as she sent her little ones off to elementary school, a song came on the radio. It had been one of her favorite songs from one of her favorite groups, and it brought back a flood of memories. For PC, junior high and high school was an anxiety-filled, uncomfortable, and awkward time. So, to combat the negative memories, she started playing the "what if game." What if things had been different? What if she had made different choices? Three things she got from that game were: one, she does not regret her choices. Two, she wishes cell phones would have been invented thirty years earlier —three, the story of Ruth and "Tall Willows". "Tall Willows", Ruth, her family, and friends inundated her brain for weeks before she ever wrote a word. She made a bargain with herself to write one chapter. Two hundred thousand words later, she had completed her first draft of "Tall Willows". PC still has five move books stuck in her brain, waiting to come out and complete the whole story. In her spare time, she also shows horses in dressage and is a certified equine massage therapist at Feather Touch Equine Massage.
