Self Esteem for everyone '' Most educators agree that today there is a great need for more attention paid to the mental health of youth. This book offers a solution to that problem as it is the most comprehensive of theory and practice for parents and educators that i have come across. I highly recommend it for for anyone interested in addressing this problem in their family or school.'' Robert W. Reasoner School District Superintendent Past President. My lifeline at work I first read this book in French, several years ago and just recently in English. It has helped me in so many ways. Particularly at the level of my work where I was experiencing serious difficulties of adaptation which led me to burn-out. This book was truly “my lifeline” in making me believe in myself and my potential…no matter what my bosses might think. A valuable, comprehensive tool: The exercises offered are concrete and revealing. And above all easy to use. Once adopted, they allowed me to believe in myself for the rest of my life. I warmly recommend this SURVIVAL GUIDE Stephan Pelletier Read more
