A couple named Dallas and Melissa Hartwig created the month long eating plan in 2009. In 2014, I tried Whole30 after being introduced to it by a friend at my gym. By the end of a challenging month, I broke my cravings for sugar and dairy. I became the leanest and strongest I’ve ever been. Their elimination plan also cleared up my adult acne!
