M. Elisa Chang is of Chinese descent, born in Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico. After her primary and secondary schooling in Ensenada, Baja California, earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Woodbury University in Southern California, M. Elisa worked as a business taxes specialist for the State of California Board of Equalization. Newly retired she has more time to pursue Tai Chi study as well as other interests. She is specially grateful for the opportunity t pursue this life long love and joy of writing.
