Andrew Winslow is a third-generation electrician, longtime member of IBEW Local #103 and the inventor of the Construction Jack line of action figures. Jeff Muir is a writer whose work has appeared in newspapers around the country. Together, they are co-authors of the children's book, "Construction Jack Saves the Day."
