Overview
Poetically correct, inspiring, eye opening, soul touching are just a few words I would use to describe this book. You really get a look behind the curtain to see what shaped and molded his creative mind. The book take you on a journey through the thoughts and feelings of a black man's trials and tribulations with love, racism and oppression. He speaks his truth as he lived it profoundly inspired by his environment and experiences. This book of poems has left its mark on me and I sincerely think it will do the same for you.
