Description

The purpose of this book is to provide practical guidance on being a successful entrepreneur. Follow the guidance in this book and you could revolutionize your competitive business experience!  This book is filled with real-life experiences and principles from the author's more than 25 years of successful competitive business life so other entrepreneurs can avoid many roadside ditches and stay on the road to business success. The book instructs the reader about dynamic business analysis and planning to drive the success of competitive businesses. For many, having their own business has been a burning desire for a long time. They think about it when they go to bed at night. They think about it when they arise in the morning. They think about it when they experience injustices in their current job. They think about it when they listen to relatives and friends talk about how successful they are in their own business. They want that for themselves. Entrepreneurs generally fall into two categories: (1) Individuals who are really good at a particular skill and are tired of working for others. They have decided they want to work for themselves and start their own company performing the skill at which they excel. A good example is a carpenter, plumber, or electrician. The overall vision might be more ambitious. For instance, they enjoy selling automobiles and want to start their own dealership. (2) Individuals who have a burning desire to have their own business. They don't care what that business is, necessarily. They just want to start something that is going to be successful. The primary target audience for this book is the second group. This book is oriented to help budding entrepreneurs select the right business and then implement that business. Having said that, there are a ton of valuable lessons for those in the first group as well. Some may have already selected their intended business type. However, there are still many roadblocks to success that this book will help them safely navigate. The author is not a billionaire like Elon Musk or Bill Gates and is not promising to make the reader like them. Instead, the author is a real person with a life similar to the readers and countless others. The author is ambitious and tenacious and was determined to start his own companies and help others grow theirs as well. As a result, the author has been successful. He built businesses that were sustainable and could support his family. He also assisted other entrepreneurs on the path to substantial growth. What he has done is document the multitude of practical lessons learned along the way that have a high probability of helping the reader be successful as well. The author will teach you how to conduct dynamic business analysis and planning and use that to drive your business forward. This is Book #1 in the E2E Series.
