Overview
This is a most unusual book written about the Mass. Differing from most other good books on this topic this one is written in the everyday language of the average Catholic. This book was created from questions by the people and written in an extremely accessible way. The hope of this book is that it will provide a better understanding the Mass and result in nourishing and deepening each person in the faith.
Description
This book stands out from the many wonderful books that explain the Catholic Mass. Many of the people in the pews never read those books because they don't speak the language of the average Catholic. They are very helpful to the clergy, seminary, diocesan and parish staffs as well as some -- yet only some -- parishioners involved in liturgical ministry. This book was created by the people, from their questions, and written in an extremely accessible way for the people. The meaning of each separate part of the Mass is questioned by the people and then explained in short responses of everyday language. The hope of this book is that understanding the Mass -- its meaning and purpose -- will nourish the faithful and deepen their relationship with God
