About the author
As a young boy growing up, I always enjoyed having stories read to me. There was something special, not only in the story itself, but in an adult taking time out of their busy schedule, just to spend with me. As a young child, I would look at the book and the pictures and go over the story read to me again and again. But it was never quite the same as when it was bedtime and time for a story to be read to me by someone I loved. I hope you enjoy this simple little story of mice getting ready for Christmas. The Children of the world celebrate this time of year in different ways, but the joy and expectations are the same for every child. The greatest gift a child can give is their love. In return, give your time. Before you know it they are grown up with memories of being read to at bedtime by you! I am a father and grandfather with children, grandchildren and step-children, for whom this book is lovingly dedicated to. Terry D. Barone
