Topics cover services for medical, substance abuse, mental health, legal, housing, transportation, food/clothing, and physical leisure activities.

It is our pleasure to publish the 1st edition of the 2024 MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCE GUIDE FOR NORTH CAROLINA. This Resource Guide was a collaboration of many caring souls, long hours, and years of dedication. The authors, Dr. Daniels and Edwards, Esq., hope that this book will be useful, and also serve as a beacon of light to individuals and their loved ones who need support and services.
About the author
Lunar Edwards has worked as a public servant her entire life. She worked as a County Attorney in Illinois. She served as an Epidemiology Consultant with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. She worked as a Registered Nurse for a Psychiatric Hospital. She realizes the importance of identification of community resources for Mental Health.
