He's pioneered diversity and inclusion initiatives for Fortune 500 firms in Asia, Europe, Africa and South America, and is the owner of a successful innovation-through-inclusion firm, Global Bridgebuilders. Skot has found that embracing our differences expands our capacities whether in business, in our communities, and especially in our lives.
Skot, Moja's President designate, is the founder of Global Bridgebuilders (GBB), an international consulting firm specializing in organizational development, workforce development, cultural transformation, and inclusion. GBB operates across the United States and in seven countries. Skot has advised many of the Fortune 500's largest global brands, including the Ford Motor Company, Johnson & Johnson, Motorola, ABC/Disney, Sprint Communications, Cisco Systems, and Sun Microsystems. In addition, he has advised the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the [U.S.] National League of Cities, the City of Dallas, Texas, and the State of Missouri. Skot is widely traveled in southern Africa, including South Africa and Namibia, and has an extensive network of relationships in key sectors, including NGO and faith-based organizations (FBOs). In addition, he has a long-standing relationship with the non-profit TED Talks movement and has been the host of TEDx events. Skot is a poised and charismatic leader who is comfortable in the public eye.

He has worked in the area of Diversity Management for over 20 years.
Skot received his Bachelors Degree (B.A.) from Albion College and His Masters in Management and International Marketing (M.M.) from Aquinas College.
Skot and his wife, Barbara, are the proud parents of two great young adults and reside in Michigan.
