FutureSide Studios is a family-rooted creative publishing studio dedicated to stories, books, websites, and digital projects that help people imagine a more thoughtful future.
Founded by Joseph Coury, FutureSide Studios publishes work shaped by wonder, memory, learning, service, and human connection. Its first children’s book release, Jack’s Window by longtime educator Nancy Coury and illustrator Taylor Lombardi, begins the Nani’s Window series, a collection of gentle early-reading stories inspired by Nancy’s grandchildren.
FutureSide Studios exists to help meaningful ideas find form. For children’s books, that means creating stories that feel warm, useful, beautiful, and lasting. Jack’s Window reflects that vision: a phonics-based read-aloud for children ages 3 to 8, written with a teacher’s heart and a grandmother’s love.
The studio’s work is guided by a simple belief: stories can open windows. They can help children notice the world, families remember what matters, and communities gather around something good.
FutureSide Studios is based in the Pacific Northwest and connected to a wider family and creative network across Seattle, Cleveland, New Jersey, Vancouver, and beyond. Through Jack’s Window, the studio is proud to support early literacy, family connection, and a broader mission of generosity, with 10 percent of every sale supporting St. Aloysius St. Agatha School in Cleveland through the St. Raphael parish partnership.
