Pastor James E. Hamer has served faithfully in Christian ministry for over 45 years, dedicating his life to preaching, teaching, and equipping believers to live with purpose and eternal perspective. He began his ministry with the “Go Ye” Chapel Mission in Metropolitan New York and later went on to plant two churches in Pennsylvania, helping establish vibrant faith communities grounded in biblical truth. Pastor Hamer taught Leadership And Church Strategy courses at Manila Bible Seminary in the Philippines, preparing future leaders for global ministry.
An accomplished author, Pastor Hamer has written two impactful books: Go Is Still Talking and his newest release, Heaven On Earth: Life Now and Hereafter. His recent book challenges readers to rethink traditional views of eternity and embrace a deeper understanding of God’s intention for life—both now and in the age to come.
Pastor Hamer continues to preach and teach in churches, conferences, and special engagements. He currently engages life as a pastor, author, speaker, and business owner with Market America, combining faith, leadership, and entrepreneurial vision.
Dr Hamer has been married for 52 years to his wife, Bonnie Nevel Hamer, and together they have raised three children—Joshua, Janelle, and Jennifer—and are proud grandparents to eight grandchildren.
Driven by his favorite motto, “Think Differently, Live Free!”, Pastor Hamer is passionate about exciting people with the hope that awaits believers beyond this age. His message emphasizes that eternity is far more than worship alone—it is the fulfillment of God’s creative gifting in humanity, expressed in a new earth prepared by Jesus, where life is lived in a higher dimension of purpose, freedom, and divine design.
