Dr. Brian Arnold’s (Dr. B) journey is a testament to the power of resilience and determination carved out a multifaceted career centered on speaking, coaching, and helping others.
A former world-class athlete turned educator, Dr. B’s professional repertoire includes roles as an elementary, junior high, and high school teacher, college professor, and college administrator. With a passion for nurturing both minds and bodies, he has also excelled as a football, basketball, and track coach.
Despite starting his academic journey as a special education student, Dr. B defied expectations, earning a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Physical Education, a master’s degree in Educational Technology, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. His dedication to education stems from its significance to his parents and a recognition of its often overlooked importance within his Native American/African American heritage.
In addition to his educational pursuits, Dr. B is a seasoned entrepreneur. After owning a financial services business, he redirected his focus to leadership consulting upon returning to Colorado in 2010.
Dr. B is the founder of the Journey to Freedom initiative, dedicated to helping black men achieve success, as well as The Remote Assistant Pros, a headhunting firm specializing in virtual staffing solutions. He also established the Metro Funding Group, assisting families in creating living trusts for a secure financial future.
As a respected speaker and coach, Dr. B shares his wealth of knowledge and experience as a Trust Edge leadership professional. He travels widely, delivering inspirational talks and workshops designed to motivate and empower individuals to reach their full potential.
