Bradford Frank, MD, MPH, MBA, is a physician, researcher, and educator dedicated to redefining how we approach cognitive longevity. With over 40 years of clinical experience across all areas of psychiatry, Dr. Frank has diagnosed and treated hundreds of patients struggling with Alzheimer’s dementia. This vast frontline experience led him to a critical realization: the current standard of care is reactive, not proactive.
To address this gap, Dr. Frank tackles cognitive decline not just as a neurological issue, but as a complex system of metabolic, infectious, and psychiatric factors. His academic journey began at the University of Colorado, where he earned both his B.A. in Chemistry and his Medical Degree (MD). He holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Yale University, specializing in infectious diseases—including parasitology, bacteriology, and virology—which informs his cutting-edge focus on how systemic pathogens impact brain health. Furthering his expertise in systemic leadership, he also earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
A rare specialist with dual residencies in Family Practice and Psychiatry, Dr. Frank is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and is triple-board certified in General Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, and Addiction Psychiatry. He currently serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of North Dakota. He maintains medical licenses across New York, South Dakota, Nebraska, Montana, Wyoming, and North Dakota.
While his clinical reach is broad, Dr. Frank’s singular mission is helping individuals build a “Biological Safety Net” to avoid Alzheimer’s dementia. Through his research and his community platform at www.preventalzheimersdementia.com, he translates four decades of clinical wisdom and complex nutritional neuroscience into actionable protocols for the Sovereign Mind™. He continues to lead the global conversation on proactive brain health within his private community at community.preventalzheimersdementia.com.
