Jason Hughes and April Sanders-Hughes are the husband-and-wife creative team behind ABC of Tech, an educational children’s brand that introduces young learners and families to technology through colorful storytelling, music, animation, and engaging learning experiences.
Jason is a Houston, Texas, native and graduate of Phillis Wheatley High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas Southern University and is the founder of A+ Techucation, a technology and education company focused on helping people learn, create, and grow through modern technology.
April is a New Orleans native raised in the city’s historic Seventh Ward. A graduate of John McDonogh Senior High School, she brings her passion for writing, artistry, parenting, and inclusive education to the ABC of Tech universe. Her experience teaching her son to use computers at an early age helped inspire the couple’s commitment to making technology approachable for children with different learning needs and abilities.
Together, Jason and April created ABC of Tech to help children build early technology awareness, confidence, curiosity, and digital vocabulary—one letter and one adventure at a time. Their mission is to make learning about technology fun, memorable, inclusive, and accessible to families everywhere.
