About The Author

Jason Hughes, a first-time author from Houston, Texas, is the youngest of 15 children. He graduated from Phillis Wheatley High School with the highest honors and made history as the first student in the Houston Independent School District to achieve perfect attendance from kindergarten through 12th grade. Jason later earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas Southern University in 2000.

April Sanders-Hughes, co-author and New Orleans native, grew up in the 7th Ward. The youngest of four children, she graduated from John McDonogh Sr. High School. April has always been passionate about art and writing. As a dedicated mother to a disabled son, she taught him to use computers at just 3 years old — an achievement that inspired her to help other children discover the power of learning through technology.

Very helpful! Going on a this marvellous Adventure with Mr. A+ has been massively enlightening as well as fun for me and my son. Learning the ABC of technology has not only put things into perspective for me but also made things easier to explain to my child so introducing him to a computer will be so much easier when he is older, it has also broken down important information I need to be aware of as an adult into its easiest form. Even though I have been building quite a collection of children's books since I gave birth to my first child, it’s always a delight to discover another to add. This book fits perfectly into the cute little hands of my six year old little guy and it has been an absolute godsend. Read more
