Lucy Kirk is a retired CIA operations officer and former Chief of Station. She spent over three decades working in the Central Intelligence Agency, in assignments in the U.S. and abroad. Her focus over the years was increasingly the USSR and then post-Soviet Russia, the area of the world most significant to the national security interests of the U.S. She currently teaches courses on espionage and the Cold War in New York City.
