Dreux Antoine is a native of New Orleans who grew up around food and music all of his life. Dreux is a world renowned music recording artist, businessman, philanthropist, educator, non-profit founder and culinary artist. Dreux has spent his life in the kitchen from being a little boy in the kitchen with grandma to becoming an executive chef for Landry's Inc, one of the world's largest restaurant and hospitality companies. Dreux is now the owner of several catering and restaurant concepts in the Houston, Dallas, Austin and New Orleans metro areas. He is an international cookbook author having released two cookbooks from his ten volume cookbook series entitled "Soulful Chef Cookbook Discover the inner chef in you". Dreux has followed in the footsteps of his cousin, New Orleans famed and world renowned culinary professional, Chef Austin Leslie, the "Creole-Cuisine" pioneer. Dreux comes from a family of restaurateurs and culinary professionals. He has traveled nationally and internationally promoting his cookbooks and has served as the U.S. Ambassador at the Carnival del Sol Latin Festival in Vancouver, British Columbia. He has done a 25 plus national tour promoting his self-published cookbooks. He also launched his own culinary manufacturing and spice company that will be available online and in stores in 2024 and is also the executive producer of his cooking show filmed in New Orleans.
