About the author
Dreux Antoine is a native New Orleans native who grew up surrounded by good music and good food. Dreux Antoine attended the world famous St. Louis Cathedral School in New Orleans' historical French Quarter area where his love and passion for music and culinary was born. Dreux began playing piano at age 6 and later learned the alto saxophone. Dreux sung in the choir and played in the band throughout school. Dreux continued his passion for music and culinary arts and received his college degree from Richland College in Dallas, TX. There he was able to master his crafts. In 2007 he released his demo/sampler project which featured his first hit single "For Your Love" a love ballad written and produced by Dreux Antoine. Dreux traveled the world and has worked with many musical legends such as Chaka Khan, Yolanda Adams, Daryl Coley, Bebe & Cece Winans, Karen Clark-Sheard, Donald Lawrence and so many others. In 2012, Dreux released his single "A Better Day" written and produced by Dreux Antoine and Marcus Dawson music director for Bishop T.D. Jakes in Dallas, TX. Dreux has been nominated and has received many musical awards and honors. His music has been played on radio stations worldwide allowing him to gain recognition as a profilic songwriter and producer. His musical talents and abilities are one of a kind. He is the Creator & Executive Producer of the Monday Night Music Series Concert Series and also Executive Producer of the Music Superstar Talent Search presented by music mogul Mathew Knowles. Dreux Antoine is a music mogul in his own right serving as President & CEO of Jitow Music Group and Jitow Productions. Dreux is a licensed and trained world class culinary artist and TV Chef Personality and Book Author. He is the Executive Producer of his TV Cooking Show "Soulful Chef Cooking Show" filmed in his hometown of New Orleans, LA and he is also the author of his cookbook series "Soulful Chef Cookbook". Dreux is the founder & owner of Houston Café Inc Restaurant & Catering Services Co. based in Houston, TX and 424 Main St. Restaurant in Los Angeles, CA.
