Rochelle Rabouin is a fierce and passionate
children’s Author, Master Teaching Artist and Musician on a mission to stamp
out illiteracy and save the environment through stories and music.
Rochelle's parents were the guiding light in the formation of her many accomplishments. A full fledges military brat - her Mom was a librarian/civil service and her Dad was a civil engineer/musician in the Army and Air Force. She has been able to combine both books and music to edu-tain children and adult for 45+ years.
Her books are edu-tainment programs ready for elementary school, library and recreation center - in person/on- campus or virtual performances now!
