I Mark Goode love and cherish life. I selected the photograph because it depicts the happy loving and friendly person that I strive to be. One can imagine but in reality It is very difficult to "walk in anothers shoes" and even more difficult to comprehend the challenges experienced by others.
My life has certainly not been easy. I have labored enough for three lifetimes, there have been great challenges, successes and yes dismal failures. I have been fortunate to have the had the strength to walk, and sometimes run through doors opened for me.
Life is truly a miracle and blessing, however there are no guarantees and it can end in a heartbeat. I have witnessed survival against impossible odds and lives vanish without warning.
I have watched, listened and even sat in meetings lamenting the news of yet another life lost to epidemic suicide. Deeply troubled by the continued loss of life to this stealth killer, and after deep contemplation I have put forth a work of what I call experimental fiction. As a new author I submit my book Final Chaos a thought experiment brought to the reader through a fictional story of chaos both inside and outside of us. I very much appreciate your reading the book and hope it can be a launching point for further scrutiny of this pandemic loss off life.
