best selling author of ‘What You Don’t Know IS Hurting You: 4 Keys To A Phenomenal Career’.

Marion has more than twenty years of experience building and leading award-winning teams in the

pharmaceutical industry, including leading a team that generates more than $900 million in annual sales.

He has extensive experience in marketing, sales, and training & development. He holds a BA in

Marketing from the University of Texas, Arlington and a MBA in Management from Amberton University.

Marion credits his grandmother “Sunshine” as his saving grace. She invested in him, encouraged him,

and supported him into adulthood. Sunshine is the namesake of the family’s Sunshine’s Open Door

Foundation, a nonprofit, which helps foster children successfully transition to independence. Marion

serves as Board Chairman for the foundation based in his hometown of Fort Worth, Texas. Marion has

also dedicated time and resources to other chartable causes including Hope Worldwide’s Newark New

Jersey Saturday Academy.
