About the Author

Ilysha Adelstein Buss lives in Burbank, California with her husband Eric, son Demetri and dog Chapman. A marketing executive, she loves her family, dogs, reading and magic and is happy to have combined them all in this tale of Dagwood.

Ilysha and Eric Adopted Dagwood in 2006 and he was truly a one-of-a kind dog.  Though he has passed away, she is happy to have his memory live on through this children's story.
