George was born in 1929, the seventh child in a family of nine. In 1947, he married his wife Lillian, and they had ten musically gifted children who gave them over 40 grandchildren/great-grandchildren/great-great-grandchildren. A family of entertainers, George and Lillian continue to sing together at some of their son's local performances. George enjoys bringing laughter, song, and colorful stories to eagerly awaiting ears of all ages.
