Gay Page’s diverse career spanned the public, private, and nonprofit sectors where she used her leadership skills to build coalitions and inspire others to always work for the greater good of the people they served. As Executive Director of the Colorado Federal Executive Board, she collaborated with the agency directors of a federal network serving approximately 100,000 civilian and military personnel at 250 federal agencies and 6 military bases to bridge communication from The White House and foster intergovernmental partnerships. She also had leadership roles with the National Park Service, Colorado Department of Transportation, and as owner of Page Associates, where she developed custom employee training programs across various industries. Gay holds an MS in Communication and degrees in music and hospitality management. Her accolades include recognition from President Barack Obama and participation in the National Security Seminar at the U.S. Army War College. Now retired, she is focused on inspiring others to live happy and successful lives through her book, The Shift Code: Your Personal Empowerment Masterplan and enjoying walking on the beach with her energetic poodle, Bentley.
