Emma Pearson is a writer, organisational psychologist and executive coach whose work explores love, grief, leadership and life's many thresholds.
For over thirty years she has worked internationally with individuals, leaders and organisations navigating complexity, uncertainty and change. Following the deaths of her husband, youngest daughter, two brothers, father and close friend over the past decade, her professional understanding of grief became deeply personal. She began writing as a way of making sense of what can sometimes seem senseless.
Her first memoir, Still Fire Inside: A Memoir on Love, Loss and Life, weaves together lived experience and psychological insight in an exploration of love, loss and what it means to remain fully alive after life has been irrevocably changed.
Emma is the founder of Kaleidoscope Development, where she works with leaders, organisations and individuals exploring grief, endings and transformation. She lives in France, near Geneva, and is the mother of three children, two of whom are alive today.
