Douglas lived and worked in Alaska for many years in support of gas turbine equipment. He and an adventurous friend flew, hiked and prospected together in a wilderness area near the Alaska-Yukon border. Inspired by those adventures, Doug published several books. This latest book: One More Clean Up, is a fictional leap into the future but is based in the same geographic area. Two friends enjoying a gold prospecting adventure but using contemporary technology which was not available in earlier days.
