Overview
One More clean Up is a fictional, but totally realistic, story of two close friends living in Alaska and with a desire for adventure. Gold has increased dramatically in price due the world events and Dave and Ernie want a piece of it. The story is largely based of the actual experience of the author: flying his plane, hiking and prospecting for gold while residing in Alaska.
Description

One More clean Up is inspired by the actual exploits by the author during a period of residency in Alaska. In the nineteen-eighties he and a very good friend: flew, hiked, camped and prospected for gold in a remote area of eastern Alaska. Anderson's latest book: One More Clean Up, is fiction only as it is based in the future and flying by state-of-the-art powered parachutes is now a viable option for accessing remote locations. Alaska is still mostly wilderness and there are still vast areas where man has never before set foot. Needless to say, there is still placer gold to be sought in many places and adventurous people will go to great lengths to find it. Anderson describes it the way it was and realistically the way it will be in the foreseeable future.

About the author

Douglas Anderson was born in England but has resided in Canada and the USA since 1967. Over the years his work in support of Industrial Gas Turbines took him to almost every Canadian Province and US State. Douglas resided in Alaska for a total of sixteen years. During that time he enjoyed flying his plane, hiking and prospecting for gold. His adventurous hiking into wilderness areas with a friend and mentor inspired him to write several books: Gold in Trib 1, Mystery in Trib 2, Lost in a Foreign Land, Representing, Reggie the Rocket and My Adventurous Friend. One More Clean Up, although the story is fiction, is inspired by actual time spent: flying, hiking and prospecting for gold in a remote wilderness area of Alaska in years gone by. Anyone reading Doug's books will notice there is a common thread linking all his books.
