About The Author

Susan Shearer Young is an award-winning life coach and author who helps her clients to transform their lives by changing their "Inner Game" as they shift their mindsets and beliefs. Susan is a graduate of the Honors Program at the University of Virginia and Harvard Law School. She formerly practiced corporate law before discovering her passion for helping others understand that they are creating their circumstances with the thoughts they think and the accompanying energy they emit. Realizing that we have control over our realities by choosing our thoughts and their accompanying emotions was life-changing for Susan, and she has made it her mission to help others understand how to use their energy to allow the well-being that is natural for them.
