She is a co-founder of Find Your Balance yoga retreats, offering regular retreats in international locations as well as online 'at-home' retreats. Becky has also worked in the music business as a professional sound engineer since 1995, touring worldwide with high-profile bands and artists. In the early 2000s she fell in love with yoga, and after years of her own dedicated practice she travelled to Bali with Santosha Yoga Institute to train as a teacher so that she could share yoga's life-changing magic with others. After teaching for several years and undertaking further trainings, she studied at Yogacampus in London over a three year period to graduate with honours as a Yoga Therapist. Forever a student, she continues to further her knowledge through ongoing and in-depth study with her teacher Glenda Hartley, who is a longtime student of the renowned TKV Desikachar. Becky continues to tour worldwide, and when she's on the road she teaches yoga and meditation and provides yoga therapy to the artists and musicians she tours with. Between tours she leads workshops and retreats, and offers private yoga therapy and coaching consultations from her home. She is a much published writer, with articles featured in magazines such as Australian Yoga Journal, Yoga International, Om magazine, and Live Sound International. Forever a student, she has a passion and talent for sharing the deep and profound wisdom of yoga in a way that makes it accessible and relevant to modern everyday life, inspiring and empowering her students to make their own lives a better place to be.
