About the author
I have always loved cooking. As a little girl, I would help mum make dinner and learned many interesting facts about the food we were eating
and when I went to my nana's house, we always baked. It was one of my favorite things to do. Now that I am also a wife and mother of three beautiful children, my interest in the food we eat is even more important to me. To raise healthy, energetic children, we must feed them wholesome, nourishing foods. So grew my passion for experimenting with fresh, organic food.
I live in a rural area of the Gold Coast along with my loving husband and three children, some chickens and the family dog. We have a large backyard with a very generous vegetable garden which I find very therapeutic to work in.
My passions aside from my love affair with food and spending time with my family is skiing, dancing, scuba diving and in general living life. I hope you enjoy making these recipes as much as I have enjoyed creating them.
