Waterfall of Tears

By Carol Keay

Overview

The author shares her journey as she dealt, with the help of therapy, with the unfolding of the abuse from her childhood.  She discovered the many parts of herself that were created by trauma and abuse.

The instances of abuse she describes can be graphic but are necessary to be accurate and communicate the full impact of the events.  Her goal was to become a survivor, not a victim, who becomes  successful as a mother, wife, outstanding artist/sculptor, writer, and benevolent soul.

About The Author

Carol was born in Ohio and raised in the splendor of the Missouri Ozarks, where she developed a deep reverence and appreciation for nature.  She married her soul mate at age 16, allowing her to escape her abusive family  While giving birth to her 3rd child at age 23, she had her first near death experience and chose to return in order to raise her children.

After years of struggling with depression and anxiety, at age 40 she entered therapy.  That set into motion a succession of steps upon the pathway to healing wholeness.  Over the years, while coping with many different illnesses, Carol developed into a spiritual being who succeeded as an outstanding artist/sculptor, writer, wife, mother, astrologer, public speaker and friend.
