About The Author

Rev. Mair Honan graduated from Bangor Theological Seminary and was ordained in the United Church of Christ. She is co-founder and pastor of Grace-Street Ministry, an outreach ministry with the homeless and marginalized in Portland, Maine. In addition to her street work, she worked for twenty-five years as a psychiatric nurse and licensed alcohol and drug counselor.
