After lending her voice to a news article for NJ.com, Aziza's story caught the attention of renowned journalist and television personality, Katie Couric, who featured her on her daytime talk show Katie! Through this platform, Aziza further encouraged survivors that life after abuse can be positive, fulfilling and full of success. Aziza has been invited to speak at churches, schools, colleges and radio stations where she uses her testament to inspire and motivate her audience.
Aziza is the founder of Precious Little Ladies, a nonprofit 501 (c) (3), social progression organization that seeks to combat child molestation and abuse by strengthening the bond between mother and daughter.
Aziza's achievements have been recognized by Soroptimist International, New York Women In Communications Incorporated and various other organizations, for her efforts in the community and her accomplishments academically.
Eloquent, poised, well spoken and intelligent, Aziza does not present herself as the victim that most would come to expect.
