Sanjay currently serves as senior director of Advanced Analytics and AI at ServiceNow. He is responsible for reimagining how finance teams operate—by embedding AI, automation, and advanced analytics into core workflows. His team builds scalable data products that drive operational efficiency, elevate decision-making, and enable predictive, intelligent finance functions. Prior to ServiceNow, Sanjay held several leadership roles at Salesforce, most recently as senior director of data and analytics, where he led strategic data initiatives across finance, legal, security, and HR. His team developed high-impact solutions, including enterprise forecasting platforms, AI-powered analytics tools, and automation that collectively saved thousands of hours for engineering and business operations.
