Nordy was born in Minnesota. Moving extensively around the United States, he eventually landed in Portland Oregon. Nordy has been a contributing writer for Thrasher Skateboard Magazine and Snowboarder Magazine, among others. From youthful Grateful Dead tour head to professional snowboarder, to award winning content producer, to ordained reverend, to writer, Nordy has been on one hell of a bizarre psychedelic rollercoaster ride during his crazy life. Catherine 		AWSOME I LOVE THIS BOOK!! At first I wasn't sure if I would love it.. I'm not a grateful dead fan (I like them but could prob only name 3 or 4 songs). But after a few chapters I realized it didn't matter!! NORDYs writing style is so fun and easily transported me back in time.. before all the technology of today... when you had to get out of the house to make things happen.. with a love of music that any one can relate to.. This is a funny, fun, awesome tale of an epic journey to follow his love of music. I laughed hard and enjoyed it so much.. I found my self reading fewer chapters at the end just so it wouldn't be over!! A total feel good fun book for all!!! Read more
