Description

Most leaders don't struggle with effort—they struggle with interpretation. In today's fast-paced business environment, teams are rewarded for speed, responsiveness, and constant activity. Problems get solved, meetings get held, and work keeps moving. But despite all that effort, the same issues often resurface, priorities drift, and progress feels inconsistent. Why? Because better results don't come from doing more. They come from seeing more clearly. In The Strategic Lens, Kris Reynolds introduces a practical, real-world framework for improving strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness. Instead of focusing on surface-level solutions, this book helps you step back, interpret situations more completely, and make decisions that actually move things forward. Strategic thinking isn't about complex models or long-range planning sessions. It's about how you understand what's happening in the moment—and how that understanding shapes your next move. Through the Strategic Lens framework, you'll learn how to: See the bigger picture and understand the systems driving results Recognize patterns that others overlook Ask better questions that challenge assumptions Use constraints to create clarity and focus Make deliberate choices and manage trade-offs Position your organization for long-term success This book is built for leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals who want a more disciplined and practical approach to strategy. Whether you're leading a team, managing a business, or navigating complex decisions, The Strategic Lens provides a clear, repeatable way to think more effectively. You won't find abstract theory or overcomplicated models here. Instead, you'll get a straightforward framework you can apply immediately—whether you're in a meeting, solving a problem, or setting direction for the future. Because in the end, strategy isn't just about what you do. It's about how you see. And when you see clearly, you decide better.
