About the author
Dr Paul Turner is an internationally acclaimed HR Consultant and Coach with knowledge and experience of implementing HR best practices including leadership, coaching and talent development strategies.  He is passionate about how HR can make a difference to organisational performance through releasing the potential of employees.  Paul has a strong track record of success as an HR Executive in the financial services sector having led a multiple award winning HR team.  For his HR achievements he was recognised in the world’s premier business awards as Best International HR Executive 2004 (The Stevie Awards, USA).  He was also placed in the Top 40 UK HR Power Players List; 2005 and 2006 (Personnel Today, UK) and Top 100 Most Influential UK HR Directors List 2006 and 2007 (Human Resources Magazine, UK).
