The author of this Work, Dr. James O. Mboya, lives in Hackensack, New Jersey and, is a practicing Rastafarian (Christian Jew). James went to The State University of New Jersey, Rutgers University, in Newark, New Jersey, where he obtained a B.A. in Political Science. James thereafter attended Southern New Hampshire University, and obtained a M.Sc. in Applied Economics. James also holds a PhD in Applied Economics from a self-pace study.
