Description
“The Road to the Best Practices in Customs and Logistics” covers all the processes of a company that imports and or exports, from the point of the initial negotiations between the seller and the client, to the final delivery of the product. It covers purchasing, warehousing, the various security programs that the governments of the United States and Canada have implemented, which is now a matter of concern to us all, the correct use of INCOTERM, and it even covers the issue of costs, which as we know, is now what companies focus on most. This book focuses on the method for the design and construction of a Model for the Best Practices in Customs and Logistics. It details all the phases to be covered by the model, but does so with a simple but accurate approach by identifying customers needs in order to hand-tailor a suit for that specific client. Rafael Anguiano L. Logistics & Distribution Manager Tyco Electronics Mexico, S.A.
