About The Author

I am Christopher McDonald, advocate, author, poet, and Stoic Teacher. In my early writing career, I published under the name Chris McDonald.

My work blends dark fantasy, emotional realism, poetry, and mythic depth, spanning immersive epics and autobiographical accounts that confront Law and Chaos, resilience, and redemption.

Between 2018 and 2024, I co-authored multiple books with Clifford L. Crenshaw. Those stories remain an important part of my creative foundation, sharpening my imagination, strengthening my discipline, and helping shape the writer I would later become as a solo author.

The writings that define me most emerged after I stepped fully into my own voice, shaped by family fracture, military injustice, systemic neglect, personal betrayal, and the long road toward awakening. My words carry the weight of lived experience, creative vision, and an uncompromising commitment to moral truth.

As a veteran advocate, I speak for those silenced by hardship and overlooked by institutions. Through every story and verse, I call on readers to confront suffering with courage, find meaning through the storms of existence, and seek beauty and righteousness with relentless conviction.

My journey, from sailor to survivor, from betrayed friend to Moral Poet, embodies the enduring resilience that defines both my art and my life.

Overview

At the dawn of the multiverse, Vitacornil unleashed Chaos Prime, igniting an eternal struggle between Order and Chaos that would shape the fate of countless worlds. From this primordial void rose Urus, a merciless tyrant who forged the Devices of Domination to subjugate entire universes beneath his rule. Yet against the growing darkness stood Omnia, a figure of wisdom and compassion whose defiance sparked a rebellion stretching from the radiant worlds of Trivustum to the abyssal horrors of the Void.

Crafted by Chris McDonald and Clifford L. Crenshaw, The Dualverse Saga blends dark fantasy, mythological history, and cosmic conflict into a sweeping chronicle of creation, conquest, rebellion, and transformation. Inspired by the epic scale of The Lord of the Rings and Dune, this streamlined edition serves as a historical compendium of the broader mythos, presenting the timeline, lore, civilizations, and major events that define the Dualverse universe.

Rather than a traditional dialogue driven narrative, this volume unfolds as a record of the ages, tracing the rise and fall of empires, the struggle between Law and Chaos, and the figures who shaped the destiny of existence itself.

Will Omnia's vision of Law endure, or will Chaos consume and subjugate all life?

Description

Brace yourself for a universe spanning epic where Law and Chaos collide in a titanic struggle for the fate of existence itself. In The Dualverse Saga, authors Chris McDonald and Clifford L. Crenshaw present a sweeping chronicle of creation, destruction, conquest, rebellion, and redemption, blending dark fantasy, mythological history, philosophical conflict, and cosmic warfare into a vast multiversal mythology.

At the dawn of existence, Vitacornil, the First One, ignited the multiverse through the power of Chaos Prime, setting into motion an eternal struggle that would echo across countless worlds. From this primordial age rose Urus, a ruthless conqueror driven by domination and absolute control. Yet against the growing darkness emerged Omnia, a wise and compassionate leader whose defiance sparked an uprising against his father’s tyranny. From the radiant worlds of Trivustum to the horrific depths of the Void, Omnia’s rise, transformation, and ascension became the multiverse’s final resistance against annihilation.

Inspired by the mythic scale of The Lord of the Rings, Dune, and Hellraiser, this revised 2024 edition explores the fragile balance between Law and Chaos through the rise and fall of civilizations, the corruption of power, cosmic warfare, spiritual struggle, and the choices that shape the destiny of existence itself.

Rather than a traditional dialogue driven narrative, this volume unfolds as a historical compendium of the broader Dualverse mythos, presenting the timeline, lore, major conflicts, and pivotal figures that define the universe across ages of war and transformation.

Crafted over decades by McDonald and Crenshaw, The Dualverse Saga stands as an expansive record of a universe shaped by sacrifice, ambition, betrayal, and the eternal struggle between creation and destruction.

Will Omnia’s vision of Law prevail, or will Chaos consume the multiverse entirely?
