About the author

I had it, but I thought I lost it. I went in the opposite direction. He didn't run from me though, I ran from him. He didn't want me to go. He wanted me to stop and listen. I know now, he loves me so much. He wants the very best for me. But sometimes I don't believe the very best is for me. I looked to other resources for my hope and my happiness and at those times it didn't work. If it felt good, it was short-lived, and not real, honest to God peace. But He is very real. He takes the messes of my life and weeds out everything that's not good, and plants what is needful and beautiful. I gave Him the worst and He makes the best out of it. That is just his way. "Beauty for ashes." He knows what's best because he is the best! Both, on good and bad days, I think about that!
