About the author
Bill Woodcock was born in Baltimore, Maryland and raised by his father, grandmother, and great-grandmother. He has degrees in Biology and Business, and he has served the Oakland Mills Community Association Board of Directors, the Board of Directors of the Inner Arbor Trust, the Maryland Student Legislature, Kappa Sigma Fraternity, and youth sports. Bill's diverse career has included biomedical research management and administration, public health, and arts management, primarily in the government and academic sectors. He is a certified Project Management Professional and the founder of the Forward Maryland podcast. Bill has two adult children and lives in Columbia, Maryland.
