About the author
Katie is a functional medicine health coach and saw first hand the side effects of not managing blood sugar for herself and her clients. She noticed every day struggles like sugar cravings, energy crashes, anxiety and irritability are correlated to what we eat and how our blood sugar responds. She also realized achieving weight loss could be effortless when her clients learned how to balance their blood sugar with food. Of course it made sense. It's science.
